OUR REACH
Since being founded in 2000, we have created sustainable change for hundreds of thousands of children, helping them and their families access an education, protect their rights and economically empower themselves in their homes and communities.
To date, we have collaborated with 107 partners across 13 countries in Africa, running programmes in over 2,100 communities. Cumulatively, we have reached over:

parents, guardians and community volunteers.
WHAT HAS THIS MEANT?
Peter, who is from Mwanza, Tanzania, is a passionate advocate for the rights of children living on the streets, having been there himself when he was 12. With the support of our Street Work Programme, he reconnected with his family, returned to school and is using his experience to help other children “to know their rights and go back to their families”.
