OUR REACH

Since being founded in 2000, we have created sustainable change for hundreds of thousands of children, helping them and their families access an education, protect their rights and economically empower themselves in their homes and communities.

To date, we have collaborated with 106 partners across 13 countries in Africa, running programmes in over 2,000 communities. Cumulatively, we have reached over:

0

children and young people.

0

parents, guardians and community volunteers.

WHAT THIS HAS MEANT

Innocent (pictured on the left), who we first met in 2008 through a Child Rights Club we set up in his community in Uganda, has generously shared his story, showing the impact our work has had on him and his brother, Busobozi.

OUR DATA DASHBOARDS

Using our brand new cutting-edge data dashboards, you can explore our reach for yourselves.

OUR PROGRAMMES DASHBOARD

Our Programmes dashboard shows the current scale and reach of our seven programmes and also provides a historical view of our programmes since we were founded in 2000.

OUR VIP DASHBOARD

Our VIP dashboard specifically analyses the economic and social data collected from every savings and loans group in our Village Investors Programme up until the moment they can operate independently of our support.

Not only do these dashboards show our reach, but they are advancing how we monitor, evaluate and improve our programmes using data.

Both are live and interactive, enabling us to:

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH QLIK.ORG

We have developed our dashboards in collaboration with Qlik.org, the corporate responsibility arm of leading data analytics company Qlik and long-term WeSeeHope partner.

We are so grateful to Qlik.org for their time, passion and technology in bringing our data to life. In particular, thank you to Tyler Waterfall who is the App Developer at Qlik who has worked alongside our Programmes team to develop both dashboards. He explains:

“I have seen the power of capturing, analysing, and reporting on data in the humanitarian space: it provides a unifying foundation on which to base discussion and decision-making. “Seeing the data” can also magnify our sense of global impact when we couple it with personal stories.”

We are always looking to build meaningful corporate partnerships like we have with Qlik.org. If your company is looking for a charity partner, find out more here!
