ABOUT THE EVENT
Paris to Hayling Bike Ride 2026 is a truly special event, marking 40 years since the very first ride in 1986. What began as a pioneering idea has grown into a much-loved tradition, bringing riders together from across the UK and beyond for an unforgettable journey of challenge, camaraderie and celebration.
Taking place from 4–11 July 2026, the ride spans seven incredible days of cycling, crossing the Channel and winding through some of the most beautiful regions of France before returning home to Hayling Island. From historic cities and riverside paths to the iconic Pont de Normandie and a gala celebration in Caen, this is an experience like no other.
There’s a place for you on this landmark ride. Whether you’re returning for another year or taking on the challenge for the first time, it promises to be one of the most memorable yet.

THE IMPACT YOU COULD MAKE
By taking on the Paris to Hayling Cycle Ride, smashing your fundraising target and raising over £200, you could support a young person like Charles from Malawi to take on a carpentry course through our Vocational Training Programme, and equip him with the tools to start his own business.
With this opportunity, Charles has set up his own workshop making and repairing furniture for customers in his community. He now earns $6 most days, meaning he has lifted himself above the $3 a day extreme poverty line!
